I'm Hannah, runner, strength coach, and founder of Corsa Running Club.
Growing up in a military household, I started lifting and running to train for the military. I fell in love with pushing my body and challenging myself, and fifteen years later it's what keeps me sane.
Along the way I learned what it actually takes to stay consistent, run stronger, and build fitness that holds up through the demands of a full life. I built Corsa from the ground up into a community of 1,200+ runners because I believe training should be sustainable, purposeful, and something you actually look forward to.
I work with people who want to train with purpose, not just follow a plan. Whether you're building a foundation or chasing a PR, I'll help you get there in a way that fits your life, not the other way around.
